Optimization technique using Matlab ?

I have several models, each one measures 5 values, under the same conditions. Now, I would like to rely on an optimization technique that can select the optimum model based on a set up thresholds for the 6 values. So, any recommendation of the best  machine learning techniques or ANN using Matlab ?? 

Attached a figure that explains my idea. To note, each input of each model will produces 5 results.
