Need help creating Michelson Intferometer simulation/code

Super new to matlab and desperately either need help or direction. I understand the basic operating principles of the interferometer but I am having some trouble manifesting them into matlab language. For instance I don't understand how to create a source that is emitting light waves of varying phases in an attempt to simulate monochromatic light. I also do not understand how I would propagate those beams of light a set distance so that I can incident them on a beamsplitter or at least some sort of plane representing the beamsplitter. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Then it is time to learn MATLAB. Start at the beginning. If someone writes code for you, you will learn nothing except how to get people to do your work, you will gain nothing except a set up towards earning a degree that you will not have earned. So sit down and learn something about MATLAB. Make an effort.
