All Blocks Missing from Simulink Library Browser

All blocks have suddenly disappeared from my Simulink LIbrary Browser. I have tried restoring the path to default using restoredefaultpath.
What else might help?

I once have this problem too,when I install simulink again, the library work correctly .

Had this problem today on new-ish install of 2025b.
Ended up renaming the %Appdata%\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2025b folder.
After this it worked again.
