Matlab+Genetic algorithm+Comsol

Dear Sir/Madam; I wrote the Genetic algorithm code with Matlab Software and use the Comsol server to link the Comsol with Matlab. I save the Comsol file as a Comsol.m for reading it at Matlab. In fact, I want to find optimization of the pressure drop in microchannel with change the size of the a and b (a & b at attached file). I'm so confused what changes that is needed for Comsol.m file to design it for Cost-Function at Genetic algorithm and how this is possible to link these two code to each other (Comsol.m and Genetic algorithm); I attached my Comsol.m file too. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me; Thank you
