Can i do encryption and decryption of text file using RSA?

Can any one help me, to encrypt and decrypt text file using RSA? The text file contains huge amount of data

But i have done encrypt and decrypt the text message using RSA.

It is theoretically possible. However, we cannot assist you with encryption theory or implementation for any but the simplest forms of encryption, due to the laws of the United States. (The United States requires that every individual discussion of non-trivial encryption that is posted in public be pre-cleared with one of the US government departments.)

We are permitted to admit that encryption exists. We can even suggest that you look in the File Exchange. But if you have any problems with the implementation, we cannot assist you here.
