Cant create the .ctf file using mcc command in 2009a

when i creates a cshared library using mcc command of m file, All other files are created except '.ctf' file. how to get that file.

It is embedded into the generated binary by default starting in R2008b. If you do not want it to embedded, uncheck the Embed CTF Archive option in deploytool, or use the -C option with the mcc command.
