How does matlab choose the number of iterations for reliefF ?

In Kononenkos paper " Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of ReliefF and RReliefF" the number of iterations m used to determine the weights in relieff is a tunable parameter up to choice for the user. I wonder how matlab chose this parameter
