How to estimate one transfer function from a set of data

Hi,
I have input/output data of a system from several conditions of working and I'd like to estimate the transfer function of my system which fit best the all set of data. I've looked the "tfest" function but I don't see how use it for this..
Thank you in advance for any hint.

why i unable to find "tfest" function in matlab command window? i'm currently using R2015b (academic license).
