Transform Circular Image For OCR

Can anyone help with transforming an image, prepping it (flatten) for OCR? I have looked at various techniques and have found nothing that seems to work. The image should have a radius that I can calculate and use.

Hello Duane,
You don't need radius to align these texts.
"To align each identified text line, they fit a B-spline curve to the centroids of the constituent characters and normal vectors are computed all along the resulting curve. Each character is then individually rotated such that the corresponding normal vector is aligned with the vertical axis."
