How to make 'interactive' parallel plot

When I used classification learner toolbox, it provided interactive parallel plot. By 'interactive' I mean that you can move one of the Y axes by just dragging it and the other Y axes adjust accordingly.

Now I found parallelcoords(x) function that provides similar plot. However, the axes are not movable. I saved the plot as figure and tried possible option from figure editing, couldn't make the plot interactive.

Any suggestion on how to make the plot interactive?
