The compartments, species, reactions have frozen at one place. When I drag and drop a particular block, it returns to its original place. All the changes that I make are reverted back to the original. What is happening? It is very difficult to make such a complicated model once again.
Actually beforehand I was able to edit the figure, but suddenly (I think after I hit Fit and Trim, I am not sure), everything locked into its place and is not changing. What is happening? Can anybody help?

Hi Ninad,
Are you seeing any error or warning dialogs when you attempt to move the blocks? If not can you verify that the preference to display a message dialog for a block move error is turned on ?
You can find the preference in SimBiology Preferences -> Model Building -> "Show message dialog when an illegal block action occurs."
In SimBiology, blocks should be only locked in place if they are pinned. When a block is pinned it is indicated by a gray icon on the top left of the block. Hovering on the icon should display a tooltip that says "Block is pinned". You can unpin blocks by selecting the block and clicking the Unpin icon on the Block Toolstrip.
The situation you describe leads me to think that an illegal block action took place but the preference has been turned off.
Let me know if you have further questions.
