Step Response Specifications?

How can I obtain the Step Response Specifications from a graph I have created? For example I want to automatically find the rising time and settling time like from the picture below.

What you are looking for is the 'stepinfo' function that takes in input both as the system for which you looking to get the response specification for or even the time series data that you are plotting.
