How to set all the font in a matlab plot to latex font (CMU Serif Roman)

Using - if true set(0,'DefaultTextInterpreter','latex') set(0,'DefaultLegendInterpreter','latex') end - sets the font of the axis labels to the same font used in Latex. However I would also like to change the font on the colorbar label, and the axis tick values to the latex font.
