MATLAB Associate Certification Exam

I will be flying to Sydney for my certification exam and I couldn't get the exam start time from the website. There is a overall time period mentioned that is 9am to 5pm. If I travel the same day it would be a bit difficult to reach the test center by 9am. So my question is that if they accommodate a three hour test any time you arrive before 2pm or there are other rules.

The test time wasn't 3 hours for the Associate exam -- I think that's the recommended time for arrival, set up, etc. The test itself is 90 minutes.
