how to plot something one by one

Hello everyone,

I am working on a live indoor localisation project. Basically I have the code,

while true

localize()

end

the localisation works fine. The function at the end has a command which plots a point in the visualisation where the object was. My problem is i get the plot only after i stop the function. So at the end i can see the path which object followed but i want it to be live so that the all points will be drawn immediately.

Event though i have command in localise it does plot all the point after i stop function. Does anyone have any idea about how to fix it ?

Use drawnow and/or a short pause. This will give Matlab time to process callback to buttons and update visuals.
