Mex, C++ compiler

Hello, I am trying to set "mex -setup" and Matlab wants to set a path to compiler: "Please enter the location of your compiler: [C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET] ".

 I have instaled the Microsoft Visual Studio 10, but I don't know which file I have to find?  "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\..."and than what?
