Doubt simulink

Exist any model im simulink that simulate this situation:

V=32;

V1=(0:0.1:V);

The constant block can do it

How? The constant give only a nunber sure?

Put this on the constant block value 0:2:32 and connect that block to a scope, you will see many lines so it does produce many values
