How to create a deployed MATLAB application providing a COM interface?

Hi everyone. I would like to create to deployed MATLAB application using MATLAB Compiler. This application should provide (on Windows systems) a COM/DCOM interface. So the application should register the COM server using a ProId like "MyApp.Application". Other application can connect to this COM interface and call methods that then call functions of my deployed application. Does anyone know how to implement this? Thanks.

If you are not using MATLAB Runtime and are instead using installed MATLAB , then you need to use MATLAB engine:
