Analyzing MFCC cepstrum plot and spectrum

Hello,

I have extracted MFCC feature and cepstrum and filter banks, plots are attached, how we can visualize/explain this plot, if we need to distinguish between two different audio signals. The attached plots are sounds of airplane and bird. What cepstrum index is telling us in this case. How we analyze MFCC feature vectors in this case.

Another thing is about analyzing spectrum of different audio signals, attach are the spectrum of original sound and spectrum plot after getting feature extracted through MFCC. How we can explain these plots. Please share any documentation related to this which can help for analyzing the cepstrum plot and spectogram.
