remove moving object from video

Please help me in removal of moving object in a video. I am not sure how to apply the mask to all frames of video so that the object becomes invisible in all frames. Once the holes are generated, I will go with frame alignment to fill the holes. Looking forward to the suggestion. Thanks in advance
