Documentation on "field" when using Coder

Hi. I'm looking for documentation on how to properly define "field" when I know an input is a 1 x 1 struct when I'm using Coder to convert the code to C++. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If there is no documentation, how do I go about understanding how I would define a field?
