Dear komal murthy, could you make your question more specific? In Matlab you have in-built optimizers, for example fmincon, which you can use as a driver for MDO. You also need to integrate any disciplinary tools (e.g. structures, aerodynamics, performance...). Choose your design variables, constraints, objective and MDO architecture (MDF, IDF, ...).
