Validate net in neural network on different input

I run the script from neural network time series tool, giving input1 and target1 to the net, and I receive output1. I want to validate the model just obtained on a new input2, expecting to receive a new output2. To do that I do the following:

- run the script a first time, receive output1

- save the net as net2

- load net2

- output2 = net2(input2)

Unfortunately instead of having a new output, my output2 is exactly the same as output1. Changing the input, the net shouldn't adapt itself to the new input and formulate a new output?

 Validate is a reserved word in MATLAB.
 Replace your term validate with another term like verify.
