How suppress Background noise?

Hello, I just recorded a voice signal and it has the background noise from ac,fan etc. The frequency spectrum of the noise and voice is lying on the same range as both of them are embedded in. Pls have a look at the image of the fft spectrum of the both signals.How to remove the background noise in this case.Its too complicated to select the parameters for butter filter
