Error Message when starting SimScape Fluids for first time

Hi The college has recently purchase network licences for Simscape and Simscape Fluids to compliment out Matlab / Simulink licences. To familiar myself with the software, I am running through the "Start a New Simscape Fluids" tutorial on the website.

When I type ssc_new to open a Simcape model template, I get the following error message: </matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/115997/Simscape%20error.JPG>

which seems to indicate that a Simscape licence is not available to add a block solver configuration to the model.

However, Simscape and the Foundation library open and I can also open the Simscape Fluids block library without any further error messages appearing. Does anybody know what needs to be done to eliminate the error or do I just live with the error because it will not impact upon the modelling that I intend to do?
