how to determine the partial fraction of this kind of function using matlab?

I have tried in this way:

a=[1];
>> b=conv([1 1],[1 -1]);
>> b=conv(b,[1 -1]);
>> [r p c]=residue(a,b)

but the the answer is not satisfying with the book
