Undefined function or variable 'drawCircle'.

Hi, I have some problem with drawCicle. Here is the code.

   % draw tier 1 and tier 2 circles
drawCircle(baseStation.x, baseStation.y, tier1Radius, 100, 'r--');
drawCircle(baseStation.x, baseStation.y, tier2Radius, 100, 'b--');

And the error is:

*Undefined function or variable 'drawCircle'.*

Can someone help me out?

drawCircle is not a MATLAB function. It appears to be an Octave function.
