How to plot 4d surface with 4 column vectors?

Hi,

I want to plot data in 4 column matrix using a surfae with one data set presenting color.my data is like this

x= capacity of genrator, y= size of generator, z= penetration level of renewable f= minimum frequency for each x,y,z pair

Kindly suggest me how can i plot this data
