Matlab exe showing codec error with opencv

Hello All, I have generated an exe in matlab which generates MJPG format of video and executes yolo. its working till generating mp4 but when this generated mp4 goes to the yolo input its showing the follwoing error. i have installed xvid codec but the same issue.

but if am using the same video genearated by matlab by the command window to the yolo its working fine. please help ..
