Different intensities with Matlab and ImageJ with the same image problem

I am trying to load the TIFF stack of 255 images on ImageJ and then using the same TIFF stack on Matlab. I am using an already developed function to load the TIFF stack on Matlab.

Actually my try is to plot the intensities of some points from the row image frame of TIFF stack with some pre-determined points on the image. Ideally, both the image should be same and should give me the same intensity profile. However, when I look at the profile of ImageJ and Matlab; they are different.

In order to find the problem, I also looked at the intensities of the same row image pixels in ImageJ and Matlab. Eventhough the pixel coordinate was same, it gave me two different value of intensities one from ImageJ and one from Matlab.

No image was pre-processed. I am just checking intensity profile from the row images only.
