hello guys, i need help

I have made an uitable with 15 rows and 11 columns. i want to highlight the rows whose 11th column's value is less than some value,say 30. i used uitable ForegroundColor , but it is changing the whole rows' color. can anyone tell me how to change the color of only particular rows.....
