Clip the graph from the centre

How can i clip my graph from origin as shown in attached figure.
Here, it can be observed that the dataset between -2 to 2 is centred.
-ve y-axis is renamed to +ve values. So do not get confused. It is just
a different labbeling.

You have a log scale x axis that goes into negative x and which does not present an infinite room between 0 and 1. Your required output does not appear to be well defined as to where on the graph any particular x value should appear.

Why not just plot values that correspond to X >= 0?
idx = x>=0;
bar(x(idx),y(idx))
