Help with Radial Basis Function Network

Hi,

I am trying to make an adaptation of a code (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22173-radial-basis-function-network) since I need to use as input a 4-column data file.

This code only allows the use of an input with 2 columns, how can I make the change?

I also have a hard time checking to see if the results are good or bad. How can I check the results using as parameter the coefficient of determination R2?

If anyone is willing to help me I will be grateful
