How can I import the values from a .snp file and use them?

Alternatively, the RF Toolbox offers an sparameters object that can read in Touchstone files:
Calculate S-parameters for RF data, network, circuit, and matching network objects - MATLAB sparameters (mathworks.com)
The Toolbox also offers functionality for manipulating, converting, and plotting an sparameters object.

RF Toolbox lets you to import .snp files (Touchstone files) into a specific object. You can refer to the “Import Property Values From Data Files” section in the following documentation:
