Econometric modeler not importing data

Hello, I have an issue with the Econometric modeler app.

It seems I cannot import data with the app, so basically I cannot use it at all. The import button is frozen (Screenshot attached) and when I click I cannot select the data.

I have uninstalled/installed the app already and didn't work.

Any ideas what the problem might be? I am using several other apps with no issue.

I think you will have to contact Technical support of MathWorks to resolve this issue.
