Can I use R2011a Econometrics toolbox with R2010b Matlab installation?

As the title says - I need to use some functions in the R2011a Econometrics toolbox. My current installation is R2010b and I don't want to change Matlab versions - I have a lot of shared code in the current version with other colleagues, and don't want to run into any compatibility issues. Is there a way I can download just R2011a Econometrics toolbox and use it with my R2010b Matlab install?

Sorry, no. The toolbox version must match the MATLAB version.
