Simbiology not generating summary on subsequent runs

I am facing a technical issue in Simbiology for which I would require an urgent support.

After fitting the data in the PK model, the summary is getting generated for a new run. But on subsequent runs, the summary is not getting generated. Other than this outputs such as plots are getting generated.

I have made a compliant to service request center of MATLAB. They acknowledged the issue saying that there is a problem with html rendering of MATLAB. I have also heard some workaround. But they are not working to the mark. Can anyone help in overcoming this issue.?
