Transferring data from a cell array to a vector

Hello, I have some data in the cell arrays

Atlas{i} ; Atlas{1} ans=122 ; Atlas{2} ans=12 ;

can i convert this data into vector?

XAtlas =Atlas{i} ;

I just need to transfer from cell to single
