Image Classification using Multilayer Perceptron

Hello folks,

We're required to classify 20 images of Dubai from year 2000 till 2019 (the result wil be 2 Macro classes MC: urban_area with black color and non_urban with white color) using any Multilayer perceptron MLP tool.

The result, then, will be compared with the same result of classified_images which was done using LIBSVM and OpenCV for classification.

which neural network tool do you suggest me to use for the classification?

Note: I've used QGIS to filtiring >> clipping >> Reflectance >> and creating ROIs

The tool to be used for classification depends upon your data set and various parameters.
