How to resolve singularity problem with simulink model simulation

Transfer Function :

I've derived transfer function for a combine circuit of Full bridge inverter and LLC circuit. (Circuit snapshot is attached). Following is transfer function considering values of inductor and capacitor .

Utility Used :

Above mentioned transfer function implemented using LTI system in matlab simulink library.

Problem Statement :

After implementing above transfer function in MATLAB simulink, I'm getting error like "There may be singularity in the solution " (Error snapshot is attached). I'm not able to solve this issue can any one describe required steps to resolve this issue ? Thank you.
