That's not "Image preprocessing" as your question is titled.

That sounds like a complete term project.

I have a personal policy of not providing detailed code for assignments, term projects, and thesis (and yes, more than once someone has asked me to provide the complete code for their Masters Thesis.)
Other people have their own personal policies on such matters, but my recollection is the very very few people who are open to giving complete assistance of that nature seldom average more than 5 postings a year, total, in any of the well-known MATLAB forums.
The people who post frequently with specialized knowledge tend to be happy to *help* people understand MATLAB and how it might be applied to particular problems, but in return most of them expect that the person asking the questions demonstrate in their questions that they have already done theoretical research on the matter and have already made an attempt to implement the project, but are perhaps stuck on some particular aspect of it; and that once that particular aspect is solved, that the person asking the question will be able to proceed by themselves until they encounter another significant obstacle that Google cannot trivially resolve.

dear Mr Roberson, actually i agree with u, most new algorithm for MALTLAB code is very complicated and confidential. I respect your privacy value...thanks a lot..:)

The point I am making is not one about confidentiality of research results: the point is that you have not demonstrated any effort of your own on this matter. It is unlikely that anyone will just give you detailed code for a school project at the best of times.
The volunteers here _assist_ people, but expect that the people asking questions undertake the bulk of the work.
