How to plot between two points using numpoints?

I'm trying to plot all of the possible theta values for a four-bar linkage mechanism between 0 deg and 360 deg in incremenets of five deg. However, my problem lies with the angles for 0-20 as well as 340-360, as they are null. Originally I have numpoints = 360/5+1; which gives me the 60 values I need for 0-360 deg. How could I change this to only give me the values for 20-340 deg?
