Question: How to Read multiple CSV tables?
Mostrar comentarios más antiguos
Hi,
I have different log files and I'd like to read the tables at the same time. They're named as "sess0(n)_log001_sensor_accel_1". After this, I'd like to put them on array to plot different data.
Thank you.
Murilo.

Hey Murilo,
It would be worth posting one of the logs, assuming they are formatted the same, otherwise you should post a few logs (best include as an attachement in the original post if they are not too big). Also, are all the logs in the same folder and how do their names change? Presumably it goes something like this:
sess0(n)_log001_sensor_accel_1
sess0(n)_log002_sensor_accel_1
sess0(n)_log003_sensor_accel_1
? If you answer the above then you are much more likely to get an answer.

Can you provide a sample file?

ds = datastore('sess*')
% Manipulate properties of datastore as necessary (variable names, types, selected)
T = readall(ds)
