hi,

Thanks for your help.

I tried to run the lines one by one to see what caused this crash. I found that 'importdata' command is problematic! my workaround solution was to use the 'readtable' command instead.

The file that I am trying to import is generated on a Linux machine. I can import the same file from a Matlab on a windows machine (version 2016a), but can't do that from a mac machine (same version 2016a).

I tried also to read another file, again the mac Matlab crashed while the windows Matlab managed to import the files.

Any suggestions?
