どのブロックを接続しようとしてますか？ブロックが無くてお困りですか？
Zener Diodeブロックは存在しないので、Simscape > Electrical > Semiconductors & Converters > Diodeブロックを使用して、[逆ブレークダウン電圧]にツェナー電圧を設定します。

でZenerダイオード使った例があるので、参考になると思います。
