Identify several events from one file and compute them separately

Dear all,

I have a file with three events that I need to compute seperatly. They are easily identificable:

Is there a way I could isolate them programatically? Creating 3 new matrices that began at the first peak and ended on the last peak of each event would be perfect for my code.
