Matlab crashes when opening plottools

Hi,

A few days ago, my Matlab 2018a (in windows) started crashing whenever I try to open plottools (either from the command line or from the edit/figure properties menu). I tried to install Matlab 2019b and 2020a, but still I have the same problem with these versions. I also tried to re-install Matlab 2018a after unistalling all the different matlab versions from my PC and also removing the preferences files from C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB, but still I got the problem. I attach the log that I get when matlab crashes. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thanks!
