Error in setting up MPIEXEC configuration for Matlab R2012b on a cluster

I am trying yo setup MPIEXEC for using MDCT on a cluster using MATLAB R2010b. Following are the steps that I am following,

1. Parallel->Manage Configurations->New->MPIEXEC
2. MpiexecFileName - '/usr/local/mvapich2-1.6-gcc+ifort/bin/mpiexec'
3. ClusterOsType - 'unix'
4. EnvironmentSetMethod - 'setenv'
5. SubmitArguments - '-verbose -machinefile ${PBS_NODEFILE}'
6. Adding a mpiLibConf.m file to my working directory,

function [primary, extras] = mpiLibConf
primary = '/usr/local/mvapich2-1.6-gcc+ifort/lib/libmpich.so';
extras = {};

After this setup, when trying to use matlapool on the Matlab on cluster it takes a long time before finally giving the following error.

matlabpool open mpiexec_taub 10
Starting matlabpool using the 'mpiexec_taub' configuration ... stopped.

??? Error using ==> matlabpool at 133

Is it the problem with the DCT licensing on server or something wrong with the way I am setting up the MPIEXEC connection?
