DC micro grid in Simulink

I want to simulate a DC grid with solar panels and a 2.7MW electrolyzer. THe examples are all for AC grids, so i am not sure where to start, any ideas? I dont know for example how to simulate the electrolyzer ( can a resistor do the job?)

the Green Hydrogen Microgrid example is very useful actually but the problem is that there are no explanations provided. I want to model an electrolyzer but I'm not understanding the cycles very well. could you please give an explanation about mdot H2O outlet from the electrolyzer and what heppens in the Sensor TL box exaclty?
