Cannot install "Computer Vision Toolbox OpenCV Interface" add-on

When I tried to install "Computer Vision Toolbox OpenCV Interface" add-on, it said "This folder name is invalid. Folder names can contain alphanumeric characters and '-', '_', '.', or '/' only. The destination folder cannot be named "private".

I could install other add-ons, but I am not sure what is going on about this.
